State Council three-wheel drive steady growth

The State Council's three-pronged strategy is driving stable economic growth. This includes tax cuts for small and micro enterprises, accelerating the renovation of slum areas, and speeding up railway construction. These initiatives aim to reduce the financial burden on small businesses, improve living conditions for millions, and promote infrastructure development, especially in central and western regions. The measures also support structural reforms and foster a more balanced and sustainable economy. According to reports, on April 2, Premier Li Keqiang chaired a State Council meeting to discuss expanding preferential tax policies for small and micro enterprises, promoting the role of development finance in slum renovation, and reforming the railway investment system. These steps are expected to boost investment significantly and stimulate economic activity. Industry estimates suggest that this year’s slum renovation will involve over 4.7 million units, potentially driving more than 470 billion yuan in investment. With the planned railway investment reaching 630 billion yuan, the combined effect could exceed one trillion yuan, providing a major stimulus to the economy. **Tax Reduction for Small and Micro Enterprises** The State Council meeting proposed increasing the income threshold for preferential corporate income tax for small and micro enterprises, extending the policy until the end of 2016. Previously, those with an annual taxable income below 60,000 yuan were taxed at 50%, effectively halving their tax liability. Over 1.2 million companies have already benefited from this policy. Experts believe that raising the income limit will allow more businesses to benefit, enhancing their vitality and supporting economic stability. This measure is seen as a key step in addressing downward economic pressures and promoting structural adjustment. **Slum Renovation Finds a "Funding Path"** The State Council emphasized the importance of accelerating slum renovation to improve people's lives and boost investment and consumption. According to calculations, renovating 4.7 million households would drive over 470 billion yuan in investment, spurring related industries and creating new growth points. A former official from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development noted that the key to slum renovation lies in securing funding. The State Council has introduced solutions to ensure the success of this year's goals, including special bonds and improved financing mechanisms. **Establishment of Railway Development Fund** The State Council highlighted the importance of accelerating railway construction, particularly in central and western China, to boost investment, support urbanization, and improve regional development. This year, over 6,600 kilometers of new railway lines are expected to be completed, with 80% of the investment focused on underdeveloped areas. To achieve this, the government plans to establish a railway development fund, attract social capital, issue bonds, and encourage participation from banks and other financial institutions. These efforts aim to ensure steady investment and faster railway construction, supporting long-term economic growth.

Elevator Door System

Elevator doors have two major types, manual and automatic. Manual doors are normally opened and closed manually by hand, and automatic doors are the standard type of doors found in modern days elevators, usually powered by a door operator.

Non-automatic/manual doors

These doors are normally opened or closed manually using hands, although some of them close automatically. Most older and small European elevators from the 1950's to 1970's are using manual hinged door (similar to normal room doors), while the inside has a manual sliding scissor gate or often there is no door at all. For manual doors, sometimes the door can be spring loaded so the gate can't be left open, or the gate can automatically close when you press the button, and partly/completely close when the elevator gets to a floor. The inside door can also be a tubular gate, which is a gate that in many cases folds around the side of the cab when it is open (often called a barred gate by elevator enthusiasts, though this is likely not the actual term), and which can be automatic or manual.

These type of door is still used today, normally for smaller wheelchair lifts or home elevators. Some older freight elevators may have a horizontal or vertical manual doors. In some Asian countries, one may find an old freight elevators with manual accordion or scissor gate. Some old elevators may have a semi-manual doors a configuration of manual door outside and an automatic door inside.

Automatic doors

Automatic doors are the standard type of doors found in modern days elevators which was introduced in 1887. Almost all the automatic doors are usually powered by a door operator installed on the elevator car. Those except manual door with automatic door opening/closing device and all the incline elevators with every independent door operator belongs with every single shaft doors and car doors.
