During the pressure test, the operator can manually adjust the motor speed using the inverter knob, allowing for precise control over the pressure increase rate and duration.
Once the target pressure is reached, the pump automatically stops and enters the pressure-holding phase. If the pressure drops below the set limit, the pump will automatically restart to compensate and restore the pressure. When the pressure reaches the upper limit, the system triggers an alarm, then either relieves pressure through a high-pressure solenoid valve or manually via a pressure relief valve.
Throughout the test, the pump displays real-time pressure curves and automatically records the pressure increase, holding process, and related data. The digital recorder prints out the entire process, including all curve changes, ensuring a complete and accurate record of the test.
The pressure acquisition system of the digital recorder provides real-time pressure values and curves, automatically storing and printing historical reports. Additionally, the system can be connected directly to a computer via a data cable, allowing users to monitor the test status, pressure values, and curves in real time through background software. Reports can be printed at any time, and the electronic file format allows for easy editing and customization.
