How to install glass door

1. Prepare the material: prepare the wooden door frame, and cut the glass to be installed according to the specifications and quantity. The cut glass shall be placed according to the specification code; the quantity to be delivered shall be based on the quantity installed on the day, and should not be too much. To reduce handling and reduce glass loss.
2. Inlaid glass: After the glass is flattened and compacted, the nails are nailed on the four sides. After the nail is finished, the glass is tapped by hand, and the sound is solid, indicating that the glass is installed flatly; if the sound is loud, the glass should be removed again, and the base layer is treated. After passing the test, put on the glass.
3. Install colored glass and embossed glass, which should be carefully cut according to the design pattern. The joints must be matched, and defects such as dislocation looseness and skewing are not allowed.
4. When installing embossed glass or frosted glass, the flower surface of the embossed glass should be outward, and the frosted surface of the frosted glass should be indoors.
5. When installing the glass door, the top surface of the door frame should have a proper amount of gap to prevent structural deformation and damage the glass.
6. After the glass is installed, it should be cleaned, and the putty, nails, steel wire and wood bead can be cleaned up.
7. Install door handles and locks.
