AnalogicTech Introduces New Slew Rate Control Load Switch AAT4285

AnalogicTech Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has introduced the industry's first integrated load-controlled slew-rate load switch, the AAT4285, which is capable of supporting 12V applications. By integrating level shifting and slew rate control into a single device, the AAT4285 enables designers to reduce power consumption in a variety of new 12V applications in portable consumer and non-portable industrial systems. Fast load switching time
The AAT4285 is a P-channel MOSFET switch designed for high-end load switch applications. The device operates from an input voltage range of 3.0V to 13.2V and is functionally compatible with AnalogicTech's AAT4250 and AAT4280 products to provide a 100ms fast load switch turn-on time. The ability to quickly turn off the load discharge allows the AAT4285 to quickly shut down the load circuit when the switch fails.
New Technology
The AAT4285 is the first 12V device manufactured using AnalogicTech's ModularBCD process. B16.5 is limited to flanges and flanged fittings made from cast or forged materials, and blind flanges and certain reducing flanges made from cast, forged, or plate materials. Also included in this Standard are requirements and recommendations regarding flange bolting, flange gaskets, and flange joints.
This Standard is to be used in conjunction with equipment described in other volumes of the ASME B16 Series of Standards as well as with other ASME standards, such as the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and the B31 Piping Codes.
