In the field of single-piece machining of mold making, it is very common to wait for a machine to stop the machine. If this pressure is imposed on the CAM user, allowing them to generate tool paths faster, they will be forced to take shortcuts, and the programmed program will have problems. Even if the machine can continue to operate, the processing speed is greatly reduced. It is not wise to perform high-speed machining using a method of pressurizing a CAM user. For the best high-speed machining results, you must provide enough CAM capabilities to get high-quality machining programs that ensure the machine is fully loaded. To do this, you can start with the following aspects:

(1) With the CAM software with automatic high-speed machining function, the workload of the user optimization program can be reduced.

(2) Using the CAM software that can quickly calculate the path without overcutting, the batch function can leave the calculation of complex programs at night.

(3) Use a high-performance computer and update the configuration frequently to ensure that there is enough memory to improve performance.

(4) Make sure that each machine is equipped with enough CAM programmers. Train machine operators to program their machining directly in the workshop to fully utilize their machining skills.

(5) Ensure that the operator is provided with appropriate high-speed machining programming training.

3. Arranging the processing sequence In addition to the simplest parts, high-speed machining often has multiple machining steps. For the programming of high-speed machining, the most important thing is to choose the correct processing sequence. The following are some basic principles.
