Recently, the reporter learned from the Municipal Small and Medium Enterprise Bureau that the fifth batch of small and medium-sized micro-enterprise “seed fund†loans in Zhengzhou City was launched, and eligible enterprises can report to the county (city) district SME management department before June 21. It is understood that in order to alleviate the difficulty of securing small and medium-sized enterprises and guaranteeing difficulties, the city started the “seed loan†work in 2012 to support the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. “Seed loan†was funded by municipal finance with a capital of 30 million yuan, deposited into CITIC Bank Zhengzhou Branch as a seed fund, CITIC Bank Zhengzhou Branch enlarged the fund by 8 times, and granted credit loans to enterprises. The loan interest rate was not high for the national loan benchmark interest rate during the same period. At 30%, the “Seed Fund†provides 50% guarantee for credit companies, and the single loan amount does not exceed RMB 6 million.
