**Installation Notes for Trolley Lines**
To ensure the trolley line operates smoothly and to extend its service life, regular maintenance is essential after installation. Here are some important guidelines:
1. In outdoor environments where rain, snow, or high humidity may occur, make sure to seal the conduit shell joints with insulating adhesive tape. This helps prevent water ingress and protects the internal components.
2. Inspect the stainless steel sheathing or protective rollers periodically. If any wear or damage is found, replace them immediately to avoid potential injuries to users.
3. For wet or outdoor applications, use insulator suspension bolts to maintain electrical safety and prevent accidental contact.
4. Always check the entire trolley line for exposed live parts. If any are found, address them immediately to avoid electrical hazards.
5. The aluminum alloy shell must be properly grounded. Ensure that the entire shell maintains good electrical continuity. It should be grounded at intervals of 25–30 meters along the line.
6. After full installation, measure the insulation resistance between the shell and the live parts. It should be no less than 5 MΩ. Also, test the electrical continuity of the shell by connecting one end of the rail to the shell and checking if the other end is fully conductive. After testing, disconnect the connection.
