This method is ideal for smaller bearings or those with complex shapes. **Spray Method**: For larger bearings or industrial applications, the spray method is commonly used. A pressure of around 0.77 MPa is typically used to apply the rust preventive coating through compressed air. This method works well with solvent-based or thin-layer rust oils. It is important to use proper safety equipment and ensure good ventilation during application. **Surface Cleaning**: Before applying any rust prevention measures, it's crucial to clean the bearing thoroughly. Common cleaning methods include using solvents, mechanical scrubbing, or chemical treatments. After cleaning, dry the bearing using filtered compressed air or a heated drier at a temperature between 120°C and 170°C. Finally, wipe the surface with a clean cloth to remove any remaining residue.
