Microwave drying diamond equipment is listed in the provincial energy conservation promotion catalogue

Abstract Recently, the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Science and Technology Department, and the Finance Department jointly released the first batch of industrial energy-saving product promotion catalogues in the province. A total of 58 products from 39 companies were selected, covering a wide range of industries such as power, automotive, electronics, electrical appliances, building materials, machinery, and agricultural equipment. Among these, BDMD-DS-6, a microwave drying system for diamond micro-powder developed by Henan Boda Microwave Equipment Co., Ltd., stands out as a revolutionary solution. This technology uses microwave energy to heat and dry materials, replacing traditional methods that are less efficient. Compared to conventional processes, it saves over 40% in energy consumption and improves ergonomics by more than 50 times, enabling continuous and large-scale industrial production of microwave-based equipment.
