1. The inspection platform typically requires high safety standards. Many of these platforms are located at elevated heights, and to prevent the risk of steel grating detachment, it is recommended to fix the grating as much as possible through welding for a more secure installation.
2. To ensure effective anti-slip performance, twisted steel bars should be used as crossbars or composite steel gratings should be employed. These materials offer better grip and stability, especially in environments where slip hazards are common.
3. When installing steel grating on structural flat members, it must be securely fastened so that it cannot move laterally or detach from the supporting frame. The overhang length of the steel grating on both sides of the supporting frame, along the direction of the flat steel, should not be less than 25mm to ensure proper support and stability.
4. For movable or detachable platform steel gratings, it is essential to use special mounting fixtures designed for this purpose. These fixtures help prevent any unintended movement or displacement of the grating, ensuring continued safety and functionality.
5. The installation clamps can be provided by the manufacturer based on the customer's specifications. In addition to stainless steel clamps, those made from Q235 low carbon steel must undergo hot-dip galvanization for enhanced corrosion resistance. It is also recommended to apply hot-dip galvanizing to the bolt surfaces. The bolt diameter should be no less than 8mm, and each steel grating should have at least four bolts for secure fastening.
6. Regular inspections of the steel grating are necessary to check for tightness, corrosion, loosening, or any changes in the position of the mounting clips. Any issues found should be addressed immediately to maintain the integrity and safety of the structure.

Resin diamond cutting resin is a kind of abrasives and tools made of low temperature curing binder. Features: cutting processing, low calorific value, good self-sharpening, not easy to block, high surface finish of processed workpiece. Application: used in optical glass, glass tube, glass rod, quartz glass, glass fiber, semiconductor, hard alloy, ceramics, zirconia ceramics, circuit board (PCB) and other hard and brittle materials cutting or slotting.
It is mainly used for cutting or grooving ordinary glass, glass rod, glass Mosaic, ceramic plate, sapphire, stone slotting, semiconductor material, brake pad and other materials.
Advantages of electroplating diamond products ①Electroplating process is simple, less investment, convenient manufacturing; No need to repair, easy to use; The single layer structure determines that it can reach a very high working speed, which has been as high as 250 ~ 300m/s abroad; (4) Although there is only a single diamond, it still has enough life; ⑤ For roller grinding wheel with higher precision requirements, electroplating is the only manufacturing method.
Because of these advantages, high speed and ultra-high speed grinding with electroplated wheel occupies an undisputed dominant position.
