1. Control objects and requirements

The system controls 7 screw-type lifting platforms. The specific control requirements are as follows:

a: the travel of the lifting platform is ±2m;

b: The lifting platform automatically stops at any given stroke within the range of travel;

c: The combination of 7 lifting tables can be arbitrarily selected.

2, control plan

The screw-type lifting platform drives the lead screw to rotate by the motor, and the rotation of the screw rod causes the nut fixed on the lifting platform to drive the lifting platform to perform linear motion together. The lift has a total gear ratio of 18.52 and a lead screw lead of 32 mm. Therefore, every time the motor rotates, the lifting table moves 1.7 mill. We set 4 sampling points on the motor shaft. Therefore, each counting unit lifts the movement by 0.4 mm.

In the control system, the computer sends a control signal to the motor control system to put the motor into a working state, and the data collected by the computer through the sensor mounted on the motor shaft is compared with the preset data and data of other lifting platforms. Thereby determining the position and motion parameters of the lifting platform and making corresponding adjustments. When the elevator is close to the preset position, the computer controls the motor to decelerate, so that it reaches the preset position smoothly and accurately.
