Aluminum case`s testing

Here are some standard checks performed on aluminum cases:

1. Inspect the appearance of the aluminum case to ensure it is straight and square. Place the case on a flat surface to check for any tilt or unevenness.

2. Check that the corners of the aluminum box are symmetrical and properly aligned. Any irregularities may indicate poor manufacturing or damage.

3. Ensure that the lid and the body of the case fit together seamlessly. There should be no gaps or misalignment between them.

4. Verify that the locking mechanism functions properly. The lock should open and close smoothly without any sticking or resistance.

5. If the aluminum case has wheels, make sure they rotate freely and are securely attached. Test the mobility by pushing the case across a flat surface.

6. Check that all internal inserts or compartments are in place and secure. These components should not move or shift during normal use.

7. Examine the exterior for any dents, scratches, or signs of wear that could affect the durability or aesthetics of the case.

8. Confirm that all seams and edges are well-finished, with no sharp or rough areas that could cause injury or damage.

These checks help ensure that the aluminum case meets quality standards and is suitable for its intended purpose, whether for transportation, storage, or display.

Free Running Wire Thread Insert

Free running wire thread inserts can be used to strengthen threads, giving applications a longer life. Each insert sharing the load over the entire bolt and hole, improving holding or pull out resistance. With a Wire Thread Insert installed, a more even distribution of load and stress can be achieved. Free running wire thread inserts are generally made of type 304(18-8) stainless steel wire rolled into a diamond shape cross-section.
