1. Look at the appearance: The appearance of the good blockboard is smooth, the board surface is smooth, no warpage, deformation, foaming, depression, and the surface color is slightly deep. Inferior boards are generally white, with special fresh trim to mask their lack of quality, and even paint all around (or other colors) with paint. Since the coating covers the texture of the material, it is easy to identify. If there is a phenomenon of filling glue and filling putty around it, it is also likely that there are gaps or voids inside.
2, look inside: If there are conditions, it is best to saw the board open to observe the surface, to see if the inner core is even and tidy, there can be no cracks. Whether the bonding is firm and there is no looseness. Whether the quality of the core strip is qualified, there must be no decay, breakage, insects, etc.
