ZT-96 cement mortar sanding table working principle
The ZT-96 cement mortar sanding table is mainly composed of vibration parts, frame parts and proximity switch program control system, see figure (1). During the work, the synchronous motor drives the cam to rotate so that the vibrating component moves upwards and rises to a fixed value and then falls. Vibration is generated to make the cement mortar sand-tight under the force. The instrument adopts proximity switch counting and automatic control, 60 times automatically. 1, according to the national standard GB/T17671-1999 4.2.5 requirements, vibration table mounted on a concrete base about 400mm in height. The concrete volume is about 0.25m3 and the weight is about 600kg. When it is necessary to prevent the external vibration from affecting the tampering effect, a layer of natural rubber elastic liner with a thickness of about 5 mm can be placed under the entire concrete base. 2. Fix the compaction platform with the foot screw on the base and install it into a horizontal state. Use the height ruler to correct the height of the four corners of the compaction table top within 1mm, the length direction within 0.5mm, the base of the instrument and the base. Mianlai spreads a layer of fresh thick mortar to ensure that they are in full contact. At the same time, this method can also be used to adjust the level of the table and the arm.
3. After the cement mortar has set and hardened, tighten the anchor bolts. Note that the tightening force should be basically the same to prevent the equipment from being deformed. 1. Take out the positioning sleeve (see Figure 1) before operation to check whether each moving part moves freely, whether the electronic control part is normal, turn on the engine after lubricating oil, and check that everything is normal before use. The positioning sleeve must be removed before each use.
2, electrical principles, see the drawings. Before the power is turned on, the lock switch SW is in the closed state (ie, the button pop-up position). Press the switch and lock, the motor runs, the electronic counter counts from zero, and stops when it reaches 60 times. To operate again, press SW twice to repeat.
3. Since the circuit does not use a power transformer, the circuit part is related to the power supply voltage. The housing must be secured grounded (check carefully whether the PE yellow-green wire of the power plug connector is grounded safely, instead of connecting the power supply to the neutral wire.
4. Lubricate the area where there is an oil cup. Apply a thin coat of oil to the cam surface to reduce wear.
5, after use, should clean up all kinds of debris on the instrument, keep it clean, and will position and put in place, so as not to affect the center of the table force.
6. After the instrument has been used for a period of time, if the amplitude becomes larger or worse, it can be adjusted with the attached gasket. The specific method is to loosen the stopper fixing screw, take out the stopper, put the washer under it and tighten the fixing screw again.
7, amplitude test:
a. Place the randomly attached 14.7mm test block between the convex surface and the stopper shown in the figure “1â€. Turn the cam by hand. The cam should be in contact with the bearing.
