ã€Abstract】The accuracy of the blanking size of CNC cutting parts directly affects the reworking of the subsequent processes and the assembly and quality of the whole components. 1 Overview
The use of CNC flame cutting machine to cut parts is the first step in the process of manufacturing hydraulic support. The quality of CNC cutting parts and the accuracy of blanking dimensions directly affect the reworking of the subsequent processes and the welding quality of the entire assembly, as well as the overall Assembly accuracy and product performance will seriously lead to the scrapping of CNC cutting parts and delays in construction period. Therefore, the problem of surviving by quality, developing by quality, and further improving the pass rate of CNC cutting parts is mentioned as the primary position.
According to the development situation of the enterprise, our factory put forward the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction. 2. Status survey and cause analysis
(1) Status quo investigation There are 10 CNC flame cutting machines in our workshop, which are responsible for the task of cutting the structural parts of the whole plant. The following is a selection of 102 CNC cutting parts in the ZS5600 hydraulic support produced in a certain month of the year for inspection, and the qualification rate of the product cutting quality is counted, as shown in Table 1.
(2) Influencing factors The types of thermal deformation that caused the second and third grades were counted as shown in Table 2.
