The report shows that in 2015, the global new energy industry continued its high growth trend, with new installed capacity reaching a new high of 131.7GW (gigawatts) and a total financing amount of 328.88 billion US dollars.
In terms of regional financing, Asia-Pacific is still the most active region of the global new energy industry in 2015, followed by Europe and the United States, accounting for nearly 90% of the total global new energy financing.

In the field of new energy vehicles, China sold 331,000 vehicles in 2015, a year-on-year increase of 3.4 times, surpassing the United States for the first time to become the world's largest producer of new energy vehicles.
The report also pointed out that at present, the energy industry faces major challenges such as the intensification of the overcapacity of traditional energy sources and the arduous task of clean energy replacement for terminal energy consumption.
