Characteristics of explosion-proof heavy oil pump and flow adjustment method

Because the purpose of the parallel and series operation of the explosion-proof heavy oil pump is to improve the pressure head or flow, it is not used in the chemical industry, and its energy consumption is analyzed. The method is basically the same as the characteristics of the explosion-proof heavy oil pump and the flow regulation mode. The explosion-proof heavy oil pump is in use. The vibration of the pump body is large, causing the connection between the pump body and the outlet flange to be shattered, and the bearing wear is accelerated. The reasons for this are:
(1). The pump outlet pipe and the pump port flange are seriously misaligned and there is local stress.
(2). The pump outlet pipe support has a virtual stunt phenomenon and does not play a supporting role.
(3). The pump outlet check valve is installed horizontally, which generates vibration against the outlet pipe during pump operation, especially when the pump is suddenly stopped, the axial force caused by the oil impact is greater.
For these phenomena existing in the explosion-proof heavy oil pump, the coaxiality of the pump port flange and the outlet pipe is re-corrected to eliminate the misalignment of the pipe, so that only the axial compression force exists in the coupling screw, and the parking of the pipe or the pump body is avoided. Gravity, add anti-vibration washer to the screw, and increase the tube support horn at the cross-section of the inlet and outlet to reduce vibration and eliminate the false support phenomenon; move the check valve from the exit cross tube to the first bend of the pump outlet tube The vertical pipe section behind the head is installed, so that the vertical axial force generated when the pump is suddenly stopped is led to the ground along the pipe bracket; stopping the pump requires the pump outlet valve to be closed and then stopped to reduce the oil hammer to the pipeline and the check valve. The impact caused damage to the pump body.
Through the characteristic curve of the explosion-proof heavy oil pump and the pipeline system, several main ways of adjusting the flow of the explosion-proof heavy oil pump are analyzed: the outlet valve adjustment, the pump shift regulation and the series and parallel adjustment of the pump. The characteristic curve is used to analyze the energy loss of the two methods of outlet valve regulation and pump shift regulation. The comparison shows that the variable speed adjustment flow of the heavy oil pump can save energy and save energy by adjusting the flow rate with the outlet valve. It is related to the size of the flow change. In practical applications, attention should be paid to the range of shift regulation to better apply the variable speed adjustment of the explosion-proof heavy oil pump.

Two parallel explosion-proof heavy oil pumps of the same type are used in parallel, although the head change is not large, but the total delivery flow is increased.
