(1) The instrument must be installed in a vertical mode for normal operation.
(2) The float level gauge has been commissioned according to the technical conditions provided by the user at the factory, and generally does not require user adjustment. Before installation, the user can inspect it. When testing, try to use the medium that matches the density provided. Otherwise, it can only be tested by calculation.
(3) When installing the inner buoy, check whether the mounting flange surface is level with the container, then install the washer and install it properly. If the media page fluctuates greatly, an anti-wave tube is required to ensure accuracy.
(4) Before the installation of the outer float level gauge, first check the flatness of the upper and lower flanges of the container to ensure the vertical installation of the float level gauge.
(5) After the instrument is installed vertically, if the meter display is not at zero point, the zero point migration can be performed according to the product operation instructions. After adjusting the zero point, the indicator mechanism is firmly fixed to the outside of the measuring magnet by the fastening screw.
