This converter features frequency synchronization for low noise and reduced EMI/EMC, and a PMBus interface for self-adjusting voltage scaling (AVS). TI's SWIFT 20A TPS544B25 and 30A TPS544C25 converters incorporate MOSFETs and are specifically packaged in a small PowerStack quad flat no-lead (QFN) package to drive ASICs in space-constrained and power-intensive applications for different applications, including wired and Wireless communications, enterprise and cloud computing, and data storage systems.
