(2) The mechanical scraping photo-illumination process is an advanced process for the production of copper alloy wire (the scraping die adopts a new polycrystalline die), which can scrape off defects such as oxide layer, fatigue layer and water absorbing layer on the surface of copper alloy wire, and improve copper alloy. The roughness of the surface of the wire further improves the process performance and weldability of the wire.
(3) Production of copper alloy wire strands by horizontal continuous casting. The alloy is melted in a melting furnace, and after chemical analysis in the furnace, it is poured into a holding furnace and continuously cast into a φ 12 mm strand. Due to the continuous casting slab, the consistency and uniformity of the alloy composition are guaranteed.
(4) According to the different alloy grades, different stretching and annealing processes are adopted to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the metallurgical structure of the wire after multiple deformations and annealing of the copper alloy wire before the finished product.
(5) The layer winding machine representing the international advanced level is used to carry out the close-packing of the welding wire. The wire after winding is better than the standard (GB/T9460, American standard AWS A5.7, German standard DIN1733). The two important indexes after layer winding are as follows: the rising circle is φ 600~φ 800mm (standard requirement is φ 400 ~ φ 1200mm); squat <8mm (standard requirements <25mm).
After the above improvement measures, the produced wire can fully meet the standard requirements of high-end welding wire and can completely replace imported products.
