The distributed photovoltaic power exchange meeting held by the National Energy Administration recently was called a very important meeting by the industry, because Wu Xinxiong, director of the National Energy Administration, clearly disclosed the policy orientation of vigorously promoting distributed photovoltaic power generation, including the increase of distributed photovoltaic projects. A series of new policies, such as power generation indicators, upward adjustment of subsidy quotas, and implementation of local benchmark electricity prices for “full online†projects.
