The performance of the Crestapol 1234 is very good. Some stand-alone material test chambers initially contacted by Goldberg could not accurately measure the heat distortion temperature (HDT) and thermal decomposition temperature of Crestapol 1234; conventional composite resin test equipment cannot measure values ​​above 300 degrees Celsius, and the performance of Crestapol 1234 exceeds The largest measurement range.

The final test was conducted in two different certification testing organizations. The thermal deformation test was conducted at the Tianxiang Plastics Technology Laboratory in Massachusetts, USA. The heat distortion temperature of Crestapol 1234 exceeded 300 degrees Celsius, the thermal decomposition temperature was performed at Gear Scientific, Cambridge, UK, and Crestapol 1234 reached 330 degrees Celsius in air, reaching in an inert atmosphere. 340 degrees Celsius. Post curing temperature beyond 200 degrees Celsius of the standard resin does not affect its decomposition temperature.

The viscosity range of Crestapol 1234 resin is suitable for hand-filled or closed-mold processes for the production of filled and reinforced composite parts. The gel time (2G: 2LPT@25 degrees C) is 16-17 minutes. This new ultra-high temperature resin will be applied to aerospace, Automotive, electrical and electronics, oil and gas markets.
