3, the surface of the particles is smooth, but the hardness is too high, it may be that the ring mode compression is relatively large, and the ring mode compression ratio should be reduced;
4. When the water content of the pellet is too high, the production yield is low, and the plugging phenomenon often occurs. It may be that the pressure reducing valve cannot be decompressed or the trap cannot play a hydrophobic role. The pressure reducing valve should be adjusted to enter the conditioner. The steam pressure is 0.1-0.4 MPa, and the trap can play a hydrophobic role. It is also possible to increase the quenching and tempering temperature accordingly, because the increase in temperature is beneficial to the improvement of the maturity of the material, and the moisture content of the material increases by about 1% for every 11 ° C increase in temperature;
5, the length of the pellets is different, the cutter distance should be adjusted or the deflection deflection position of the material should be adjusted;
