Optical transceiver indicator

The fiber optic transceiver indicators provide direct guidance for the use of fiber optic transceivers to help users understand fiber optic transceiver failures.
The fiber optic transceivers have six LED indicators that show the transceiver's operating status. According to the LEDs, it is possible to determine if the transceiver is working properly and what problems may be in order to help identify the fault.
The role of six lights
PWR: The light indicates that the DC5V power supply is working properly.
FX100: Lights indicate that the fiber transmission rate is 100Mbps.
FXLink/Act: Long light indicates that the fiber link is connected correctly; the light is flashing indicating that data is being transmitted in the fiber.
FDX: Lights indicate that the fiber transmits data in full duplex mode.
TX100: Lights indicate that the twisted pair transmission rate is 100 Mbps; lights do not light indicate that the twisted pair transmission rate is 10 Mbps.
TXLink/Act: Long lit indicates that the twisted pair link is connected; the light flashes to indicate that data is in the twisted pair.
Fault Diagnosis for Fiber Transceiver LEDs
a. If the optical port (FX) indicator of the fiber optic transceiver is off, please confirm whether the optical fiber link is cross-connected.
One end of an optical fiber jumper is connected in parallel; the other end is a crossover connection.
b. If the FX indicator of the A transceiver is on and the FX indicator of the B transceiver is off, the fault is on the A transceiver: One possibility is: A Transceiver (TX) optical transmission The port is bad, because the optical transceiver (RX) receives no optical signal; the other possibility is: A fiber transceiver link (TX) optical transmission link has a problem (optical cable or light patch may be broken).
c. If the twisted pair (TP) indicator is off, please make sure whether the twisted pair connection is wrong or connected incorrectly. Please use the continuity tester to test (but some twisted pair indicator of the transceiver must wait for the optical fiber chain. Turns on after the road is turned on).
D. Some transceivers have two RJ45 ports: (ToHUB) indicates that the connection line connecting the switch is a straight line; (ToNode) indicates that the connection line connecting the switch is a crossover line. E. Some MPR switches are located on the side of the transceiver: the connection line connecting the switch is a straight-through mode; DTE switch: the connection line connecting the switch is a crossover mode.

Forged Fittings

Forging is a workpiece or blank obtained by forging and deforming metal billets. The mechanical properties of the metal billet can be changed by applying pressure to the metal billet. According to the temperature of the billet during processing, the forging can be divided into cold forging warm forging and hot forging. Characteristic:

1, the weight range is large. The forgings are small to several grams to hundreds of tons.
2, the quality of the casting is higher than that of the casting. The mechanical properties of the forgings are better than those of the castings, which can bear large impact forces and other heavy loads. Therefore, any important and large force parts are used forgings. For high carbides steel, forging is better than rolled steel. For example, high speed steel rolling material (or forging material) can be used only after forging. In particular, the high speed steel milling cutter must be changed.
3, the weight is the lightest. Under the premise of ensuring the strength of the design, the weight of the forgings is lighter than the weight of the castings. This reduces the weight of the machine itself. It is of great significance for the vehicles, aircraft, vehicles and characters.
4, save the raw materials. For example, the crankshaft of the static heavy 17kg used in the car is 189% of the weight of the crankshaft when the rolling material is forged. While the die forging is used, the chip is only 30%, and the machining time is also shortened by 1/6.
Precision forging can not only save more raw materials, but also save more machining hours.
5, high productivity. For example, the use of two hot die forging press forging radial thrust bearings, can replace 30 automatic cutting machine tools. When the M24 nut is produced by the top forging automaton, the productivity of the six axis automatic lathe is 17.5 times.
6, free forging is very flexible. Therefore, forging technology is widely used in some factories to produce various accessories.
