Members of the 4th Board of Directors and above are required to attend the meeting. The manuscript will be selected to publish a collection of essays. The selected authors will make papers and exchanges at the conference. All submitted papers should be unpublished or exchanged by the conference. After the special manuscript will be recommended to the Chinese core journal - "Diamond and Abrasives Engineering". The scope of the thesis can be: theory, experiment, process, method and review of synthetic diamond, cubic boron nitride, various related products, various raw and auxiliary materials, various equipment and instruments manufacturing, application and testing.

Fourth, matters needing attention
1. All participants must register with the conference secretariat (including drivers and entourage) according to the registration form of the participants before September 20, 2014, and pay the conference fee in advance (member unit 2600 yuan/person, non-member unit) 3200 yuan / person), can be counted as successful registration, the Secretariat will arrange rooms according to the registration information;
