Therefore, the author studied the effects of the amount of spring water in the greenhouse on the growth and yield of melon, in order to provide reference for the production of melon in solar greenhouse.
The author conducted a test study using Tianjin Milong muskmelon, which was planted in an organic ecological soilless culture method. The base fertilizer was 15 kg of chicken manure per cubic meter, 5 kg of bean cake, 2 kg of premix, and no top dressing. Sowing on February 22, planting on March 23, harvest on June 28. Measures such as pruning, pollination, melon, topping, etc. refer to the general organic ecological soilless cultivation melon field management method.
The test results show that: due to the large differences in temperature and illumination between the north and south of the solar greenhouse, it is necessary to consider the different water requirements of crops in different parts of the greenhouse when irrigating in the solar greenhouse. In the southern part of the solar greenhouse, the yield of melons increased with the increase of irrigation amount, and the melon density of melons also increased with the increase of irrigation amount. The amount of irrigation has little effect on the date of pollination of melon, but the difference is only 2.39 days, while the number of sitting melons decreases with the increase of irrigation amount, which decreases by 1.28 knots. In the northern part of the solar greenhouse, the yield of melons decreased with the increase of irrigation amount, which is opposite to the trend in the south. The effect on the density of netting also decreased. The pollination date was delayed with the increase of irrigation amount. For 3-4 days, the melon position is reversed; it increases with the increase of irrigation amount, increasing by 3.33 knots. It can be seen from the above that the water requirement of melon is different in different parts of the solar greenhouse. During the whole growth period of melon, the suitable irrigation amount in the south of the greenhouse should be more than 63.6 liters/plant, and the middle part is between 49.8-63.6 liters/plant.
