(3). Action characteristics:
a. Instant action:
HJL-Q93â–¡ current relay, when any one (or two, or three) input current is higher than the dial setting value, the three output intermediate relays will immediately operate.
HJL-F93â–¡ current relay, when any one input current is higher than the dial setting value, only the intermediate relay acts immediately.
b. Delay action:
Similar to the above-mentioned instantaneous action characteristics, the only difference is that when the operating condition is reached, the output intermediate relay does not act immediately, and the action is only after the delay time set by the second group of dials. If the operating condition disappears within this delay time, it will no longer operate.
(4). Return time: The three-phase current drops from the input 1.1 times setting current to 0.5 times the setting current, and the return time is less than 30ms.
(5). Setting error: no more than 2%, the same relay is at the same setting current, the action consistency is not more than 1%.
(6). Power consumption: less than 5W.
(7). Contact capacity: long-term connection 5A, at 250VDC, τ=5ms maximum disconnectable 50W DC sense load: 250VAC COSΦ=0.4 can disconnect 250VA AC load.
(8). Insulation resistance: Between the relay case and the exposed live terminal, measured with a megohmmeter with an open circuit voltage of 500V, the insulation resistance is greater than 300MΩ.
(9). Medium strength: between the relay case and the exposed live terminal, it can withstand 2KV (effective value) 50Hz test voltage for 1 minute, no breakdown, no flashover phenomenon.
