Without peeling off the paint layer in large areas.
f. Do not hot plug various control boards and plugs. Because in the case of power-up, the plug-in control board generates a strong induced electromotive force. At this moment, the instantaneous counter-attack voltage is very high and it is easy to damage the corresponding control board and plug.
g, when repairing the torque tester, do not blindly knock on and off, so as not to expand the fault, the more repaired the worse.
h. When removing or adjusting the torque tester, record the original position for recovery.
i. When repairing a precision torque tester, if a small part is inadvertently flicked, it is necessary to first determine where it may fly, and do not look east or west. A magnet scan and line-of-sight scanning method may be used.
