According to statistics, this year, Ninghai has at least more than 3 billion yuan in funds to enter new energy fields such as wind power and photovoltaics.

Ninghai, which focuses on traditional manufacturing such as molds, stationery, and small household appliances, has injected fresh carbon and green power into structural adjustment. New energy has become an important support for economic transformation and upgrading.

Recently, China's first high-purity polysilicon project for physical legal system was started in Ninghai and invested 90 million U.S. dollars. This will enable Ninghai to have key technologies for the low-cost manufacturing of polysilicon. After the project is put into production, it can effectively reduce the cost of photovoltaic manufacturing companies and improve the competitiveness of Ninghai New Energy Manufacturing.

New energy also drives the upgrading of traditional pillar industries. Recently, Ningbo Shengbao Power Co., Ltd. cooperated with Harbin Jiuzhou Electric to develop and launch new products such as electric vehicle type power batteries, high-power energy storage batteries, and long-life new energy storage batteries in Ninghai. Low-end mold manufacturers, from the development of automotive mold manufacturing, the profit of such high-grade mold has increased significantly.

The new energy industry has also spawned "eco-city". In Ninghai, “rooftop solar power stations” can be seen everywhere. Each household produces “solar power”, which is eco-friendly and environmentally friendly. Only the “Oriental Sunrise” company’s factory roof can emit more than 3,000 kilowatt-hours of “solar power” every day. In Dajiahe Town, a street that uses streetlights with complementary streetlights has now been put into operation, saving at least 70,000 kilowatt-hours a year.
