The technological upgrading project of the circulating water supply process in the raw material workshop of the alumina plant has been implemented since the beginning of August this year. The technical indicators of the cooling water all meet the production requirements, which not only solves the long-term problem of insufficient cooling water in the workshop equipment, but also saves production costs. This will lay a solid foundation for the smooth completion of the company's production tasks for the company this year.

Since it was put into production, raw material mill circulating water has been using traditional methods to quote new water and condensate from the desiliconization tank for replenishing water. This will not only consume a large amount of industrial salt to soften the new water, but once the condensate in the desiliconization tank is polluted by alkali, Raw material grinding circulating water will not be able to make up normal water. With this in mind, the raw material workshop started to reform the process of replenishing water for circulating raw water from the beginning of July this year. Through several on-site comparisons and rigorous calculations, it is considered that the use of evaporative circulating water cooling water to replenish the raw mill grinding water is most practical and feasible. After nearly a month of hard work, the cooling water of the evaporation cycle water was successfully used to replenish the circulating water of the raw mill mill in early August of this year. The cooling system of the raw material plant production equipment ended the long-term water shortage problem.

After replenishing the circulating water of the raw mill grinding water with the cooling water that evaporates the circulating water, it not only ensures the normal operation of the cooling system of the raw material workshop production equipment, but also saves the company more than 360 tons of industrial salt and more than 3,600 kWh of electricity each year, saving a total of 400,000 yuan. The renminbi has made positive contributions to the company's energy conservation and consumption reduction.
