When processing the Haf surface, the factory originally used the bullhead planer for processing, which has low efficiency and large roughness value, which can neither guarantee the construction period nor guarantee the quality. . To this end, I improved the processing method, using the four-jaw chuck and the top clamp on the C6136 lathe, the work efficiency is improved several times, the roughness value is greatly reduced, and the quality and quantity can be fully guaranteed, and the effect is very remarkable. The clamping is shown in Figure 2.
