Tool change is achieved with the help of a mounting wrench that can be rotated more than 50 degrees around the shaft. Its shape is slender.
Automatic clamp mounting flange This clamp with a hydraulic pressure of less than 50 bar can also achieve a clamping force that is twice the value specified in the standard. A small hydraulic cylinder is retrofitted to the rear of the HSK and can be easily replaced with the push of a button. Its structural design is very compact.
This tool holder introduced by the axial clamp mounting flange is parallel to the shaft. The tool change is achieved by a sleeve nut rotating from the rear to the axial direction. The clamping force is much higher than the specified value of the standard value, but the torque is very small. Since the tool holder with the axial clamp has only axial movement of the clamp. So its wear is very small, and the feeling is quite high.
