The principle to prevent the corona of high-voltage motor is to add half of the conductive layer on the winding surface, so that the capacitive current flows from the semi-conductive layer to the iron core, without making the air free. The specific anti-corona measures for high-voltage motors are:
(1) After the winding insulation treatment is completed, first brush the low-resistance semiconductor paint on the straight part of the winding. The length of the paint is 25mm longer than the length of the core. Low-resistance semiconductor paint can generally use 5150 epoxy resin semiconductor paint, its surface resistance is 103 ~ 105Ω.
(2) Since most of the capacitor current flows from the semiconductor layer into the core slot, in order to avoid local heating at the slot, it is necessary to gradually increase the surface resistivity from the winding slot to the end. Therefore, brush the high-resistance semiconductor paint from the vicinity of the winding slot to the end 200-250mm, and its position should overlap with the low-resistance semiconductor paint by 10-15mm. High-resistance semiconductor paint generally uses 5145 alkyd semiconductor paint, and its surface resistivity is 109 ~ 1011.
(3) When the semi-conductor paint is not yet dry, wrap a layer of 0.4mm thick iron asbestos tape on the outside, or use a 0.1mm thick dewaxed glass ribbon to wrap one layer in half. The dewaxing method is to put the non-alkali glass ribbon into the oven and heat it to 180 ~ 220 ℃ for 3 ~ 4h.
(4) Outside the iron asbestos tape or glass ribbon, apply another layer of low-resistance semiconductor lacquer and high-resistance semiconductor lacquer with the same steps as steps (1) and (2).
(5) In addition to the anti-corona treatment of the winding, the iron core needs to be sprayed with a low-resistance semiconductor paint before being rolled off the line. Both the slot wedge and the strip in the slot should use semiconductor glass cloth.
