Qinchuan Machine Tool Group's export delivery value increased by 41% in the first half of the year

In the first half of this year, the export of Shaanxi Qinchuan Machine Tool Group became a business highlight. The Group's exports formed the Indian market dominated by shaving gear grinding machines. The European and American markets, mainly worm gear grinding machines, were mainly made up of cylindrical grinding machines. In the market, the export delivery value exceeded 58 million yuan, an increase of 41% over the previous year.

In the first half of the year, the total industrial output value was 1.56 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 46.2%. The sales revenue was 1.587 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 42.9%. The profit and tax increased by 51.5% year-on-year, and the profit increased by 80.0%.

This year is the “Management Improvement Year” of Qinchuan Group. The company focuses on strengthening group management and control, and emphasizes the synergy of the six major businesses of the Group’s subsidiaries in technology, sales, procurement, human resources, finance, and auditing. High-end precision CNC machine tools, as well as screw guides and complex tools, have strong market demand and rapid growth in production and sales. The sales revenue of major machine tools such as gear grinding machines increased by 79% year-on-year, and the revenue of complex tools increased by 59%. The comprehensive 6S management activities and the ISO14001 environmental management system certification passed in the “Management Improvement Year” not only optimized the production environment of the enterprise, but also promoted the construction of “Green Qinchuan” and made the work of the enterprise more strict. In the first half of the year, Qinchuan Group established the “Internationalized Qinchuan” as its goal. Based on independent research and development, it used the technology research and development strength of famous universities and international technology exchange capabilities, and established the institutes of Xi’an Jiaotong University and Xi’an University of Technology. Two R&D engineering centers. The internationalization of technology has promoted the internationalization of products. At present, the Group has recently developed the YK7230 worm wheel grinding machine with the highest level of automation in China; the YK73200 forming wheel grinding machine with the largest size in Asia. In addition, new products such as VTM260, a large-scale gantry compound machining center, have entered the assembly and commissioning phase and will participate in the Beijing International Machine Tool Show in October.
