Chengdu Shushao 禹 compiles the water in the family sewers to flow, there must be water pressure, it has the possibility of obtaining energy; but the water volume is small, the speed of the water wheel is not high. We have the experience of pinching the hose port that is being effluent so that the outlet port becomes smaller and the water is sprayed far. The following is a description of the downpipe flow generator that uses this principle to increase the speed of the water wheel.
The structure of the entire power generation unit is shown in Figure 1. The pipe of the lower water pipe is divided into two opposite water outlets, and the nozzle is installed at the end of the water outlet; the inner hole of the nozzle is preferably a cone, and if it is inconvenient to process, it can be changed to the shape of FIG. The water wheel is about 100mm in diameter and consists of 12 blades. The angle between the blades is 30°. The central axis is connected to the motor shaft by a coupling. The entire waterway is made of PVC pipe, elbow, tee, direct, etc., and is connected by PVC adhesive.
The water turbine of the hydroelectric generator can take many forms. Here, the Pelton turbine, also known as the impact turbine, uses the water column sprayed by the small-caliber nozzle to drive the water wheel to rotate. Through experiments, when the nozzle diameter is 3.5mm, the water is ejected upwards with the highest height. The water wheel blade is cut with an aluminum plate with a thickness of 0.8 to 1 mm according to the size of Fig. 3, and is folded along the edge of the dotted line, and then folded along the broken line a.
The middle part of Fig. 1 is the motor assembly (including water wheel, DC motor, DC conversion circuit and casing, etc.), which is fixed to the PVC water pipes on both sides by aluminum clamps, and is integrated with the water pipe. The jig is not shown in Figure 1.
The generator adopts the DC motor of the cassette tape transport mechanism, and its rated voltage is 12V, rated speed is 5680rpm, current is 0.1lA, and output is 0.66W.
When the water wheel speed reaches 40 rps, a plurality of high-brightness LEDs can be powered by the boost circuit. Figure 5 is an LED lighting circuit mated with a generator. The DC-DC conversion integrated circuit LTl932 is used to boost and stabilize the DC voltage output from the generator for three high-brightness LEDs to emit light. In Figure 5, resistor R1 is the LED current setting resistor.
